探讨细粘胶纤维和细涤纶纤维低号纱混纺织物连续化生产的可行性．运用松式、低张力和短流程的连续式印染加工方法，生产出了具有防缩免烫和仿丝绸效果的高档粘涤织物，总结出了一套较为成功的细纤维低号纱粘涤织物染整工艺．

The intermittent processing and short-run production equipments were normally used for dyeing and finishing of microfibre fabric.It is rare to use the continuous production equipment to do this In order to study the possibility of continuous dyeing and finishing of low tex fabrics made of microfibres of viscose and polyester, the continuous slack rope,low-tension and short process were adopted to produce high grade R/T blended fabric with the function of anti-shrink and easy care and strong silk-llke effect. A complete process of continuous dyeing and finishing for the low tex T/R fabric of microfibre was gumarized.
