摘要 本文在论述车辆周转时间(θ)指标体系的重要性及现行方法存在的问题之后,结合我国铁路分级管理的实际情况提出动子旅游问题设想和描述动子旅游过程的环志图R_(rK)。经过分析对比把车辆周转问题纳入动子旅游问题,以《环志分析》为理论基础,定义建模形成一个口的计算理论和方法体系,最后给出计算方法例题并指出新旧方法体系的主要区别。 After the discussion on the importance of the target system of car turnround time(θ) and the problems of the existing mothod, this article, in connection with the actual conditions of the graded management of Chinese railways, puts forward an assumption of mover tourist and also the Ring Mark Graph Rrk, which discribes the process of the mover tourist.Through analysis and comparison and putting the problem of car turnround time into the problem of mover tourist, this article suggests that with 'Ring Mark Analysis' as basis of theory, a model of the computation theory and the method system of θ to be established, and finally the examples of the computation method and the primary difference between the old and the new methods are also presented.
