摘要 本文从宏观上研究了我国沿海繁忙重载干线主型轨50kg/m轨道线路的大修周期。制定线路大修周期的原则是:保证行车安全,满足铁路运输综合经济指标以及符合当前国家的物质技术力量。广泛调查了全国路网内九条不同运营条件的干线共900km线路上钢轨伤损量及其通过总重。以曲线拟合和回归分析处理了调查数据,得到了两者间函数方程的基本模式以及钢轨伤损发展与累计通过总重间的关系。发现通过一定总重后,钢轨伤损量出现骤然增长现象。此系钢轨达到了相当于持久强度极限的缘故。为了确保铁路的经济效益和社会效益,线路大修应定在钢轨大量出现伤损之前。文内对不同运营条件50kg/m钢轨的繁忙重载线路大修周期提出了具体建议。还提出了中小半径曲线钢轨(R<1000m)使用期限的简单计算方法。 The track renewal cycle of the main type of wt. 50 kg/m rail on the Chinese busy and heavy haul lines in coast region is studied by macroscopic method in thispaper,There are three principles used for deciding the problem, i.e.to ensure safety of train operation; to attain the technical and economical targets set in the rail transport, to conform to national reality in materail force and technical capability. 9 typical main lines (total in 900 kin) are chosen for the purpose of studying the relation between rail defects and the accumulated gross tonnage by investigation.The expansion laws about rail defects can be obtained after analysing the characteristics of rail defects by adopting the regression calculation and a series of imitative Q-N regression curves being made, It can be seen obviously that once the transportation exceeds a certain value of gross tonnage, the amount of rail defects rather violently increases. It means that rails have reached its ultimate fatigue strength. In order to ensure economical and social effects of the rail transport the track renewal work should be selected before appearance of rail defects. Thus conerete proposals of the track renewal cycle of the 50 kg/m rail which in large amounts is laid in different operation conditions on the Chinese busy and heavy haul lines in coast region are given. Moreover, a simple calculation method is suggested which determines the rational service life of rails on curves with radius smal ler than 1000m.
