摘要 讨论了一种工作子S波段的大功率PIN开关的设计方法,该开关采用了间隔为四分之一波长的双排并联结构,仅用12只PIN管实现了功率容量为80kW,插入衰减和开关比分别为0.85dB和30dB的性能指标,它已经用于测量雷达的变极化天馈系统中,实现了雷达的脉间变极化。 To meet the requirement of high power and fast speed polarization variable antenna system, an S band PIN switch, compact and simple in structure, has been stlldied and developed. According to on line computer retrieval, such kind of high power solid state switch has not yet been reported in any published paper. It enables the radar system to operate with inter-pulse polarization variable, i.e., transmitting in one polarizing state, while receiving in another one. By doing so, some information of cross polarization can be obtained. The key to the authors success is essentially the adoption of double row multi-diode Shunt configuration for microwave high power switch. Such a construction is believed to be new. The power capacity of such a switch reaches as high as 80 kW when only 12 diodes are used. Its duty cycle is 0.001 and its insertion loss and isolation are 0.85 dB and 30 dB respectively.
