摘要
介绍了用碳黑填充的复合型导电塑料的配方设计过程;并对影响其导电性的主要因素进行了讨论。研究表明,导电物质的型别、含量、基体的性质以及材料的制备方法、加工工艺条件是影响复合型导电塑料性能的主要因素。
The rapid development of Chinese electronics industry needs better and better conductive and scmiconductive plastics. The authors in this paper present their results on improving the conductive property of one such plastic-compostiC elcctroconductive plastic filled with carbon black.In addition to factors usually considered important, the authors find in the course of research that tWo additional factors must be given adequate attention: the preparation method and the processing techniquc. After considerable experimenting, the authors arrive at the following wt. percentages of ingredients of the composite plastic: modified thermoplastic resin(100), high-structure carbon (80), organic electrolyte(15), nonionic surface active agent (15). The composite plastic so made possesses a volume rcsistivity as low as 10 °Ω. cm; it is light-weight, flexible, easy to be processed and inexpensive.
