激光全息测量在喷雾场实验研究中的应用

摘要 采用全息方法对流动环境中实际喷咀的喷雾场进行了大量的实验研究,获得了在不同工况下喷雾场液滴尺寸分布、液滴运动速度及运动角度和空间分布等许多实验结果。这些结果给出了喷雾特性随喷雾压力、气流速度和喷咀尺寸等因素的变化特点,揭示了喷雾场中液滴速度及角度的分布规律,为喷雾运动的计算提供了有用的数据。 The development of jet engines in China now needs the technology of experimentallymeasuring spray field of atomizer. In this. paper, we present our work on developing such experimental techniques.We design, build, and operate the necessary experimental setup for measuring sprayfield of atomizer with ho1Ographic technique.The cases experimentally investigated are listed in Table 1. For example, case 1 lists diameter of nozzle as 0. 5 mm, fuel pressure as 39. 2×104 Pa, fuel flowrate as 11. 3 kg/h, andgas nowrate as 0. 62 kg/s. Figs. 3 and 4 give results for the spray initial area of case 1. InFig. 3 its measured velocity distribution is presented, and in Fig. 4, its flying angle distribution. Fads. 5 and 6 are for case 4. Fig. 5 gives variation of downstream droplet velocity withdiameter of droplet, and Fig. 6 gives the variation of downstream droplet flying angle withdroplet diameter. It can be easily seen that bath downstream droplet velocity and flying angledecrease with increasing distance of droplet from atomizer (experimental points shown arefor 40 mm and 70 mm). The results indicate that the droplet size has significant effect on thefuel concentration in the spray.
