毛白杨外生菌根麦草菌剂最佳配方的选择

Experiment on Ingredient Selection for Producing Inoculum with Haulm of Populus tomentosa Ectomycorrhizal Fungi

采用麦草等几种来源丰富、价格低廉的原料，在正交试验的基础上，筛选出了毛白杨外生菌根菌剂的最佳配方，生产出的麦草菌剂在白毛口蘑、漆蜡蘑和硬皮马勃的回接试验中，得到了成功的应用。

Based on the results of an orthogonal experiment on ingredient selection for producing inoculum,the best directions for producing inocolum of Populus tomentosa ectomycorrhizal fungi were selected using some cheap and rich in resources materials,such as haulm.The inocula were successfully applied in the inoculation experiments on the beneficial ectomycorrhizal fungi,Tricholoma columbetta,Laccaria laccata,Scleroderma sp.and Cenococcum gepphilum.
