摘要
用4种方法对大小不同的花粉的浓度进行测定。结果表明,各种测定方法的变异系数的大小为:Davis法<直接计数法<血球计数器法Ⅱ<血球计数器法Ⅰ;不同大小花粉测定的变异系数为:小花粉(10~25μm)<中等的花粉(25~50μm)<大花粉(50~100μm)<很大的花粉(100~200μm)。所研究的4种方法完全适用于小型花粉的浓度测定,体积在中等以上的花粉,测定浓度应选用Davis法和直接计数法。
Four methds were used in determination of pollen concentration.The results show that the order of coefficients of variation was as follows:Davis method<direct count method<methdl Ⅱof blood counter<method Ⅰ of blood counter,and small pallen (10 ̄25μm)<middle pollen (25 ̄50μm)<large pollen (50 ̄100μm)<very large pollen(100 ̄200μm).The four metnods were suitable for small pollen.Davis method and direct count method were applicable when the size of pollen is larger than middle.
