摘要
对诱发辣椒疫霉菌大量产生游动孢子囊的5种方法(丝瓜培养法、土壤浸出液法、病茎浸出液法、Petri溶液法及MSS熔液法)进行了比较研究,结果表明,供试的5种方法虽均能诱发产生大量孢子囊,但以MSS溶液法效果最佳,产孢量大,所需时间短,孢子囊成熟度一致,且能一次性释放游动孢子,从而成功地解决了辣椒疫霉病抗性鉴定和筛选工作中产孢难这一重要问题。
Several induced sporangia methods of Phytophthora capsici were studiedand compared incloding sponge gourd cultured method,soil-drip method, disease-stemdrip method ,petri solution method and MSS solution method.The results indicated thatall the above five methods can induce large amounts of sporangia and release zoospores,but the effect of MSS method is the best one. The advantages of this method are induc-ing iarge amounts of sporangia with short time and maturity in ouniformity ,and releas-ing zoospores at the same time thereby to solve the difficult problem of induced sporan-gia for Phytophthore capsici satisfictorily.
