Location of Virus Attachment Sites(VAS)in the Stylets of Myzus Persicae by Immunofluoresence Label

桃蚜体内病毒附着位点（ＶＡＳ）为６５～８０μｍ，距下颚口针尖端约４０μｍ，能亲和ＣＭＶ－Ｔ，而无能力获得ＣＭＶ－ＮＴ，伴刀豆凝集素（ＣＯｎＡ）仅能与口针表面的ＶＡＳ发生亲和作用，推测ＶＡＳ是一种具有病毒受体属性的糖蛋白物质。

VAS,being 65～80 μm as its size and located on the maxillae at about 40μm from the tip,can accommodate CMV-T,but not CMV-NT. And ConA can affiniteonly VAS on the stylet surface,which suggests that VAS be a glycoprotein substancewith the property of virus receptor(VR).
