汤峪水电站调压阀运行可靠性分析

摘要 通过对汤峪水电站的计算分析,确定当导叶无分段关闭装置时,调压阀流量为1.7m ̄3/s,行程52mm,导叶快关闭时间1.99s,导叶慢关闭时间17.89s;当导叶设有分段关闭装置时,调压阀流量为1.44m ̄3/s,行程44mm,导叶第一段关闭时间1.8s,导叶两段关闭总时间4.42s,即能满足要求。 By means of calculation and analysis at Tangyu Water Power Station,some regulated parameters weredetermined. When the guide vane was not installed withstage-closing devices,the flow rate of pressure regulating valve was 1.7m ̄3/s,and thetravelwas 52 mm with. 99 s for the fast closing time of the guide vane and 17.89 s forthe slow closing time;when the guide vane and operated with stage-closing devices, theflow rate of the pressure regulating valve was 1. 44 m ̄3/s,and the travel was 44 mm with1.8 s and 4.42 s for the total closing time of the two stages. Both ways could meet thedesign requirements
