摘要
综述了利用现代生物技术,即同功酶分析、线粒体DNARFLP分析以及RAPD-PCR判别等进行蚜虫种下分类研究的概况与进展,比较了这几种方法在蚜虫种下分类研究中的优缺点。作者认为,同功酶法分析的是基因表达的产物,进行种下分类有局限性,需大量筛选最合适的酶类;RFLP、RAPD方法较准确,但需筛选大量限制性内切酶和随机引物。
The general situations and the advances of scientific researches on aphidinfraspecific classification by means of the modern biotechnique,including isozyme anal-ysis , RFLP of mitochondrial DNA and RAPD-PCR ,are reviewed.The advantage anddisadvantage of the three methods in the research of the aphid infraspecific classificationare compared.Because there are limitations in the analysis of isozyme,a great quantitityof appropriate isozymes should be selecteThe method of RFLP and RAPD is accu-rate, but the RAPD is even simpler and time-saving.
