摘要
对新疆番茄281份样本进行病毒种类鉴定,结果表明,100%的样本感染了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)。对其中52个具有代表性的TMV分离物,按照番茄抗TMV的基因类型划分为0株系、1株系、1-2株系、1株系+2 ̄a株系、2株系+2 ̄a株系和1-2株系+2 ̄a株系6种类型,其感染率分别为1.9%、61.5%、1.9%、26.9%、1.9%和5.8%,表明危害新疆番茄的TMV存在着株系分化现象,并已出现了强株系。
representative samples selected from those isolates identified as TMV previously in tomato were classified according to Pelham′s,method(1972),and on the basis of reactions on the differential hosts of GCR tomato lines with genotypes T_(m-1)/T_(m-1),T_(m _2)/T_(m-2),T_(m-2 ̄nv)/T_(m-2 ̄nv),T_(m-1)/T_(m-1)·T_(m-2 ̄nv)/T_(m-2 ̄nv)and T_(m-2 ̄a)/T_(m-2 ̄a). The results of the experiments show:TMV strain 0,1,1-2,1+2 ̄a,2+2 ̄a and 1-2+2 ̄a occupy 1.9%,61.5%,1.9%,26.9%,1.9%and 5.8%respectively. There is clearly a strain differentiation of TMV on tomato in Xinjiang,and the majority of strong strains ap-pear in Shihezi.Most of tomato top become faded or dead,stripe necrosis diseasase is induced out of mixed infection of the strain 1 and 2 ̄a.
