摘要
以6个基础材料为选育对象,在自交2代之后,分别采用混粉法、自交法、姊妹交法选系。对各所得系进行生活力测定并用测验种测配,结果表明,混粉法和姊妹交法生活力显著高于自交法的选系,配合力无显著差异。在自交选系基础上,以S_2或S_3进行系内姊妹交法和混粉法,可增加一定程度的遗传差异,能大幅度提高自交系产量,降低单交种生产成本。
strains,4 from LBLS population and from hybreds ,were used to select inbreds with mixed pol-lination,sib mating and self pollination ,respectively,after 2 generations of self-pollination selection.Traits and GCA of one inbreds obtained abale were evoluted after 3 generations of further selection.The results showed that agronomic traits of inbreds from different selection.Varied greatly. Grain yield /per plant of inbreds from mixed pollination selection and sib mating selection were 47.3%and 34.1%higher than that of self-pollination selection,and number of kernel/row,plant height and ear length mereased significantly. No differenea were found in TKW,ear diameter,number of row/eat and number of male flower.There was no significant difference of GCA among inbreds from different selection.The agronomic traits of test mating hybreds,such Mo freat changes occored in as grain yield(per plant,kernel number/row,KW,plant height,row number/ear and ear diameler).Mixed polli-nalion and sib mating selection increased the grain yields of the in breds abtained greatly,with the same GCA,Cast of seed production can be reduced greatly.
