影响大白菜霜霉病抗性鉴定的因素 被引量:19

摘要 以陕西关中地区十字花科作物上的霜霉病菌为菌源,采用苗期人工喷雾接种等方法,研究了接种液的有效性、寄主苗龄、不同源的病原菌等因素对大白莱抗病性鉴定的影响,结果表明:①孢子囊的来源(田间采集及人工诱导)和接种液制备时间直接影响接种液的有效性;②大白菜除易感白菜源的霜霉病菌外,还易感甘兰和萝卜源的病菌,增加了抗病鉴定的难度;③大白菜不同生长阶段存在抗病性变化,因此苗期人工接种鉴定有一定局限性。 This paper was dealed with the effect of host seedling age,pathogens from different hosts , and ef-ficiency of spore supension on the evaluation of resistance to downy mildew in Chinese cabbage,The results showed that Chinese cabbage disease resistance was varied with different growing stages , andthe reliability of identification in seedling is poor; the efficiency of spore suspension was affected direct-ly by spore sac source and preparation time of spore suspension;the Chinese cabbage was susceptible tothe downy mildew from cabbage and radish besides that from Chinese cabbage.
