摘要
研究结果表明,马铃薯脱毒微型薯薯粒大小对出苗的影响程度小于播深;薯粒大小不同,适宜的播深各异,≥2g种薯播深为3.3~13.3cm,1~2和0.3~1g种薯以3.3~6.7cm为宜,≤0.3g种薯墒情好时以3.3cm为宜,干旱时应采用“深开沟,浅覆土”的方法,且覆土不能超过6.7cm。
The effects of tuber size and sowing depth about virus-free potato micro-tuber on emergence rate,emergence time , growing vigour of seedling,and ripening date viere studied. The results showed that the effect of tuber size on emergence was smaller than that of sowing depth. The optimum sowingdepth is different with the various tuber sizes. The optimum sowing depth is 3.3~13. 3 cm with≥2 g tuber size,3.3~6. 7 cm with 0.3~2g tuber size,3. 3 cm with≤3.3 g tuber size. Under thedroughty condition , the sowing trench should be rather deep and the cover soil should be not thickerthan6.7cm。
