摘要
氧腐蚀严重的影响着锅炉的安全运行。为此,本文通过对工业低压锅炉运行状况的分析指出了低压锅炉除氧的经济、可行方法;并模拟工业实际,测出了不同温度、流速下铁屑除氧器的除氧效率。由实验数据设计了能满足4台4吨锅炉运行的铁屑除氧器。
The thesis thow the removing oxygen optimum way of low pressure boiler throught analysing it's working process, measuned the efficiency of iron filings oxygen remover in different the tempreture and velocity of water by imitating industry oxygen remover. Design the iron filings oxygen remover of being suited to 4 times 4 ton/hour low pressure boiler by testing date.
