甘蓝种子活力测定法的探讨

THE METHODS OF VIGR TEST TO CABBAGE SEEDS

用玻板直立发芽、温水浸种发芽以及电导法测定１０个结球甘蓝品种（组合）种子活力，并与田间出苗率进行比较分析。结果表明，玻板直立发芽法的发芽指数、活力指数和温水浸种的发芽率和发芽势以及电导法测定的电导率值均与田间出苗率呈显著或极显著相关，由此建立了５项指标与田间出苗率的直线回归方程。

The vigor of ten cultivars (strains)of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata)seedswere studied by means of Glass Board Perpendiculity Test,Warm Soaking Test an Elec-trical Conductivity Test,and also compared with Actual Field Germination Percentages.The results showed that the germination index and vigor index from Glass Board Perpendi-culity, germination percentage and germination viability from Warm Soaking Test andconductivity from Electrical Conduetivity Test all have significances or highly significancescompared with field genminations. Five linear equations of indices above were established.
