摘要
在KOH底液中,Cd(Ⅱ)与四(4-磺酸基苯基)卟啉形成的络合物能吸附在滴汞电极上,峰电位E_p=-1.24V(相对于SCE)。极谱波具有吸附性,极谱法测出了络合比、条件稳定常数及络合物还原时的电子转移数。检测限为1.8×10 ̄(-8)mol/L许多阴、阳离子不干扰镉的测定.
The polarographic adsorption wave of Cd(Ⅱ)complex(Cd-TPPS_1)with meso-tetra(4-sul-fonylphenyl)porphyrin in KOH solution is studied. The peak potential of the wave is about-1.24 V(vs.SCE).The result shows that the ratio of Cd(Ⅱ):TPPS_1 in the complex is 1:1,the conditional sta-blity constant of complex(β′)is 4.5×10 ̄7.the number of electron transfer in reduction of complex is2 and the detection limit is 1.8×10 ̄(-6)mol/L。
