摘要
据大系统多目标递阶优化控制理论与方法提出了地表──地下水联合运用系统的分解方式与多级递阶管理模型;针对模型提出了一种优化技术.通过实例应用,说明管理模型具有较好的通用性、算法可行.所得到的管理策略可供当地决策部门参考。
A kind of decomposition approach is presented for the large - scale conjunctive use systems of groundwater and surface water in this paper. according to the theory on the hierarchical optimal control of the large systems. A multilevel hierarchival optimal management model is formulated .and a kind of new algorithm is developed. It is called a decomposition -statistical coordinative technique. This model and algorithm have the value of theory and practice for making progress on the real optimal management of conjunctive use systems of groundwater and surface water.
