用系统科学进行水电能源系统规划国内外已有大量研究成果和参考文献，本文在分析总结的基础上，阐明了水电能源系统规划的主要任务及其复杂性，同时归纳总结了水电能源系统规划模型与方法，并给予评述，这对水电能源系统规划进一步的研究具有一定的参考价值．
There are a great number of the research results and reference for planning of hydroelectric energy system used by the system science at home and abroad Based on the analysis and summary of the research work, main tasks and complexity of hydroelectric energy system are shown in the paper.
