摘要
用ＨＰＬＣ法测定风寒咳喘口服液中柚皮甙的含量。ＨＩＴＡＣＨＩＧＥＬ３０５０色谱柱，以甲醇－醋酸－水（４５：５：５０）为流动相，检测波长２８３ｎｍ。回收率为９８．５１％，ＲＳＤ为０．４１％。
A reverse phase HPLC method was applied to isolate and determine thecontent of naringin in Fenghankechuan Koufuye. The best separation was performed on aHITACHI GEL 3050 column with a mobile phase of methanol-acetic acid-water(45 : 5 :50). The average recovery is 98. 51%, RSD is 0. 41%.
