摘要
研究了芸苔属两种植物芥蓝(Brassicalboglabra)和红油菜(B,campestrisvar.purpurea)的核型及带型。结果表明:芥蓝的核型公式为2n=2X=18=10m+8sm(2SAT),带型公式2n=18=10C+2CTL_++4CT_++2CN;红油菜的核型公式是2n=2X=20=18m(2SAT)+2sm,带型公式2n=20=8C+6CT_++4CT_++2CN。并在此基础上分析讨论了二者在染色体水平上的差异。
The karyotypes and C一banding pattern of Brassica alboglara and B. campestris var.purpurea were studied in this paper. The result showed, that karyotype and C-banding patternformula of B. alboglaba were 2n=2x= 18= 10 m+ 8sm(2SAT)and 2n= 18= 10 C+ 2CTI+4CT+2CN; B. campestris var。 purpurea were 2n= 2x= 20= 18m(2 SAT)+ 2sm and 2n=20= 8C+6CT+4CT_++2CN。The differences between two plants were discussed on chromosomelevel.
