摘要
在自然条件下,伊贝母的组织器官每年部进行一次全面的营养更新。研究其生长发育和形态结构,认为它属于具有发达鳞茎器官的多年生短生植物类型,它的更新芽的形成和生长,分别在3个生长季中进行。在人工条件下,生长发育过程可以加快进行。切除主芽能引起侧芽和不定芽的大量发生、并在两个生长季发育成苗。在组织培养试验中,1年内可获得大量试管苗。
Under natural conditions all tissues and organs of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk are whollyvegetively renovated once a year,Having studied its growth, development, shape and structure,the author deems it a type of ephemeroid with developed non一tunicate bulbes. Its renewed budsare undifferentiated, formed, and sprouted in three periods of seasonal growth. They are undif-ferentiated in the first vear. formed in the next and sproted, the last.Under artificial conditionsthe process of growth and development can be audarated. Removing terminal bud leads to genesisof quite a number of adventitions buds.
