低温对玉米、高粱和白菜幼苗生长的伤害与ATPase同工酶变化的关系 被引量:10

摘要 玉米、高粱在1—4℃低温下处理3周时,幼苗组织内ATPase同工酶减少,白菜幼苗中未发现ATPase同工酶变化。低温下处理3周,玉米、高粱幼苗生长完全受抑;低温对白菜幼苗生长不敏感。表明白菜的耐寒性强于玉米、高粱。低温对植物幼苗生长的伤害与幼苗组织内ATPase同工酶的变化呈一定的相关性。 Plant seedling are known to differ in their ability to withstand low temperature,many ex-periment indicatedthat ATPase activity changes are known to occur in plants during low temper-ature treatment,but the experiment has not been seem on changes in ATPase isozymes inducedin plant seeding by chilling,in order to understand the mechanism of chilling tolerance in plantseedlil1g,by use of three cultivars(Zea mays,Sorghum vulgare, Brassia pekinensis )leaves,coleoptile ,plumlar,we had performed a detail comparison of ATPase isozyme changes observedin PAGE.Results indicated that ATPase isozymes in leaves,coleoptiles,plumlars of maize andsorghum seedlings were decreased in number when seedlings were cultured at 1 4℃ for 3weeks.No any change of ATPase isozymes was shown in B.pekienesis.Results obtained alsoshown that the chilling tolerant ability of B.pekienesis is much greater than that of Zea.maysand S.vulgare.A positive correlation is observed between the low temperature injury and thechange of ATPase isozyme in three cultivars.
