摘要
研究了不同浓度的硫酸镍和硫酸铜对蚕豆根生长和其根尖细胞核仁的影响。供试药品浓度分别为1.0、10、100、1000、10000和100000μmol/L。结果表明,镍在低浓度下(1.0—10μmol/L),对根生长具有刺激作用,随着处理浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,硫酸镍和硫酸铜对根的生长和细胞核仁都有抑制和毒害作用。对核仁毒害的现象包括:畸形核仁,微核仁,大量具有与核仁相同银染反应的颗粒物质存在于短、圆的分生组织细胞和长方形根冠细胞中。本文还就这些现象的可能机理作一简要的讨论。
The effects of different concentrations of nickel sulfate and cupric sulfate on root growth andthe nucleolus in root tip cells of broadbean(Vicia faba L.)were investigated.The concentrationsof nickel sulfate and cupric sulfate used 1.0,10,100,1000,10000 and 100000μmol/L.The re-sults indicabed that nickel had a stimulatory effect on the root growth at lower concentrations(1.0 10μmol/L).With increasing concentration and duration of treatment, nickel sulfate andcupric sulfate inhibited root growth,and both had toxic effects on nucleoli.Irregularly shaped nu-cleoli and micronucleoli were observed.Much similalr silver stained particulate material wasfound scattered in the nuclei of short,rounded meristem cells and long,oblong root cap cells afterThis research was supported by a grant for Junior scientists from the Tiangjin Normal University, China.the treatments with Ni ̄(2+)and Cu ̄(2+).The possible mechanism behind these phenomena is alsobriefly discussed.
