摘要
于1991—1993年进行了两年份不同氮肥用量处理试验,研究了氮肥对小麦各生育期硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)和蛋白质含量变化动态的影响,阐述了NRA与蛋白质含量变化的关系。结果表明,小麦生长发育中叶片NRA在开花前后为最大,而籽粒NRA和颖片NRA以开花后15—21天为最大;施用氮肥可显著增加各生育期的NRA和籽粒蛋白质含量,并且有随施氮量增加NRA和蛋白质含量也随之增加的趋势;灌浆期籽粒蛋白质含量与叶片NRA为高度正相关,与籽粒NRA为中度负相关,与颖片NRA无相关性。
The effects of nitrogen on dynamic change of nitrate reductase activity(NRA) and grain pro-tein content during growth development periods of wheat and relationship between NRA andgrain protein content were investigated by the experiments of applying nitrogen amount in 1991 1993. The results are shown as follow:In growth development stages,NRA in leaf is maximumround about blossom,NRA in grain and NRA in glurne are both maximum in day 15 21 behidblossom.Applying nitrogen may increases NRA in growth development stages and grain proteincontent in filling stage,there is a tendency that NRA and grain protein content increase with theincreasing of applying nitrogen amount.In filling stage,correlation coefficient between grain pro-tien content and NRA in leaf is positive,the correlation coefficient between grain protein contentand NRA in grain is negative,the correlation relationship between grain protein content and NRAin glume doesn’t exist.
