硅灰石掺量对白色硅酸盐水泥性能的影响

The Influences of Wollastonite Additon to the Quanlity of White Cement

本文研究了硅灰石掺量对白色硅酸盐水泥标准稠度、凝结时间、水化各龄期强度等的影响，结果表明：随着硅灰石掺量的增加，水泥标准稠度略有增加，初凝时间延长约１小时，终凝时间延长０．５至１小时，均在国标规定的凝结时间范围内，水化各龄期抗折、抗压强度均随掺量的增加而降低，抗折强度的下降幅度大大小于同龄期抗压强度的下降幅度；当掺量小于１０％时，对白水泥的物理力学性能影响不大。

The influnences of wollastonite addition to the standard consistency, set time and strength ofwhite cement are studied. The results show that the standard consistency increased slightly withthe addition of wollastonite, bu t the set times delaiyed although they are up to national stan-dards. Both of the break strength and press strength decreased. The degree of break strength’sdeecrease is less than that of press strength’s. There is no great influence to the physical and me-chanical performances of white cement when the addition of wollastonite is less than 10%
