摘要
本文分析了小接地电流系统单相接地故障的特征,论证了它和其它故障的鉴别方法,对单相不完全接地时各相对地电压的变化及接地相的判别提出了新的看法.
This paper analyzes the charactersistics of grounded fault of single phase in small grounded current system and demonstrates the method distinguishing it from other fault.To not entirely grunded fault of single phase,a new view about the change of phase-to-ground voltage and the differentiation of grounded phase is proposed.
