摘要
分析讨论了牛顿环干涉条纹的附加程差问题,推导出了利用干涉条纹数字化方法计算牛顿环附加程差的公式,提出一种测量透镜曲率半径新方法,克服了传统方法在干涉条纹发生变形时不能保证△(r ̄2)恒为常量的困难,并给出了实验结果。
The problem of additional path differenca of Newton's rings is analysed and discussed.The computational formula for the additional path difference of Newton' s rings with the method ofinterference fring digitization is derived.A new approach for measuring the curvature radius of lens isproposed,which can solve the following traditional problem:conventional approaches can not ensure△(r ̄2)against changing during the distortion of interference frings,And the results of experiment are given.
