摘要
本文在分析了我国主型货车转向架的现状后,提出一种适合我国线路情况的重载货车转向架——准构架式、双侧利诺尔摩擦减振器、迫导向转向架。通过研究该转向架的曲线通过性能和蛇行稳定性,来优化迫导向机构的结构参数。经理论分析和计算机仿真模拟,证实该转向架能达到降低轮轨动力作用和提高运行性能的目的。
By discussing the merits and shortcomings of present main type freight car bogies in China,a poudoframe type forcedsteering bogie with double side Lynor friction damper,which can meet the needs of heavy haul freight transpodstion,is given in this paper.The structure parameters of the bogie steering mechanism are optimized according to the curving behavior and hunting stability analysis. By theoretical analysis and computer imulation,it is verified that the bogie proposed possess the function of reducing wheel/rail interaction forces and improving running quality.
