本文通过一个算例，指出关于Ｆｕｚｚｙ数集和Ｆｕｚｚｙ复数集确界的四个定义不符合经典习惯，给出了修改后的定义并证明了几个关于Ｆｕｚｚｙ数集与Ｆｕｚｚｙ复数集确界的构造性定理。

The authors use an example to indicate that four definItions of inf-supremum of fuzzy numbers and fuzzy complex numbers do not accord ith tradition,They give refined definitions and prove some constructive theorems of inf-supremum of fuzzy numbers and fuzzy complex numbers.
