摘要
传统的控制方式(Bang-Bang控制或PID控制)用于控制具有非线性、时变性和大惯性的物理对象,例如温度,其控制品质较差,难以满足控制要求。本文根据模糊(Fuzzy)控制思想,针对传统控制方式存在的问题,设计出一种具有自适应功能的模糊实时控制算法,在单片微型计算机(8098)上实时实现对工业电加热炉的恒温控制,实践表明其控制品质远优于传统控制方式,具有良好的适应性和鲁棒性。
緾onventional control method(Bang-Bang control or PID control)is used to control nonlinear,timevarying and big time-countable process.For example,it is hard to obtain good control performance for temperature control.This paper directs against the weakness of conventional control on the basis of the thought of fuzzy control and designs a sort of self-adaptive fuzzy real-time controller which can be used to control steady temperature of industrial hot-plate on single-chip Microcomputer.The practice proves:its control performance is preferable to conventional control,and has good flexibility and robustness.【
