摘要
本文根据丙二酸亚异丙酯的单(Ⅰ)双(Ⅱ)Michael缩合产物的UV,IR、 ̄1HNMR谱,分析了其5(6)-取代产物(Ⅰ,Ⅱ)的构型和构象。结果表明,当取代基为含α-芳基的单取代时,酯环构象为扭曲船式,取代基为含α,α'-二芳基的双取代时,酯环构象为船式,显示了α(α,α')-芳基对2(3)-位甲基的远程屏蔽效应。
The configurations and conformations of the isopropylidene malonates mono(Ⅰ)di(Ⅱ)Michael condensation preducts are analyzed in detail by the data of UV IR and  ̄1HNMR spectroscopy. The results show that the most stable conformation is the twist-boat form when the mono-substituted group contained α-aromatic group.If the di- substituted group containsα,α'-di-aromatic groups,the boat confomation is favourable It also shows a long range shielding effect of the α,(α,α')-aromatic group.
