摘要
本文研究了细观力学的一种新的实验方法,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)拍摄金属材料表面的微区散斑图象,再对变形前后微区表面位移场进行数字散斑相关计算,从而实现微区表面位移场的定量测量,文中验证了测量方法的可行性,并实测拉伸试件表面微区位移场。
A new micromechanical measurement methed is proposed. By taking micrographs of the speckles on metal surface with scanning electron microscopy( SEM)and using digital speckle interrelation method, the micro-displacement field can be measured,The feasibility of the method was verified,A micro-displacement field of a thin A1 plate under tensile state was determined.
