云南五倍子种类资源及其质量研究

ON THE QUALITY OF CHINESE GALLNUTSIN YUNNAN

云南省五倍子主产于昭通地区，共有８种，商业上分为三大类。角倍约占全省，包产量的７５％。单宁是衡量五倍子的关键指标，总颜色是重要的指标之一。角倍类单宁含量为６１．５％～６７．７％，总颜色为２．１。肚倍类单宁含量为６８．４％～７２．４％，，总颜色为１．１，倍花类单宁含量为３３．７％～４６．１％，，总颜色为１３．５。

This paper deals With the quality of Chinese gallnuts in Yunnan province.Principalfactors affecting the quality of Chinese gallnuts are discussed.Tannin content and overallcolor are the two most important indices in determining the quality of Chinese gall-nuts.Commercially,Chinese gallnuts are grouped into three categories,i.e.Du-ensiform galls,Horned galls and Flowery-galls.Their tannin content is respectively68.4%～72.4%,61.5%～67.7%,and 33.7%～46.1%;and their overall color l.1,2.1and 13.5.
