四川锂辉石生产单水氢氧化锂烧结条件研究

A Study on the Calcining Condition for r producing Monowater Lithium Hydroxide with Sichuan Spodumene

对四川锂辉石、石灰石生产单水氢氧化锂烧结过程的条件进行了研究，确定了烧结过程的最佳条件：粒度－２００目≥９０％；配比锂辉石：石灰石＝１∶３．２±３％；温度１１００℃～１１６０℃；时间４０±５ｍｉｎ．通过试验验证了烧结反应机理。

The calicining process of spodumene and limestone for producing monowater lithiumHydroxide in Sichuan has been studied，The best condition for the process is as follows：Particle-size：-200mesh≥90％；proporton of prescription：spodumene: limestone＝1：3．2±3％； temperature：1100℃～1160℃；time：40±5 minute，The mechanism of calcining reaction is tested and the methodfor compoundinh raw materials by composition has proved scienitific and applicable.
