酉阳县草地资源及其合理利用

GRASSLAND RESOURCES IN YOUYANG COUNTY AND THEIR RATIONAL UTILIZATION

酉阳县天然草地面积达19.49万hm^2,占国土面积的37.8％。本文论述了酉阳县草地类型,植物种类组成,牧草营养成分,产草量及载畜量等。该县草地属优良、中质、高产草地,适宜放牧山羊等。理论载畜量为16.99万个牛单位,且潜力巨大,并对草地资源的合理利用提出了建议。

The present paper dwells on the types of grassland in Youyang County, Sichuan, their specific composition of plants, nutrient composition of the forage, forage yield and grazing capacity. The grassland in the county is of higy- class, average quality and higy yield, suitable for raising grass eating animals like goats. Theorectically,its grazing capacity amounts to 169,000 cow year,and the potential for improving its grazing capacity is great. Some suggestions for the rational utilization of the grassland are offered.
