摘要
采用异地异季和分期播种,研究了3个波里玛胞质不育系(Polcms)的育性变化,并与不同时期的温度进行相似分析。结果表明,不育系育性变化的温敏期为现蕾前后1个月左右的花粉粒分化形成期。其不育度与当时的均温呈正相关。育性变化的临界温度值约为日均温7~9℃,不同基因型不育系的临界值略异。由此认为,Polcms系的育性变化,是温敏基因在温度与营养共同作用下产生的综合结果。
During the past four years,a thorough investigation had been made into the fertilitychange of the Pol cms line by the summer sowing in Kunming and the autumn sowing inChongqing,where the sterile lines were sown in seven terms(from 09/10 to 01/20 nextyear)each year, The squaring stage,the flowering stage and the fertility of every flowerwere noted down in each term,The relationships between the sterile degree/term or thesterile degree/flower day and the mean temperature/day , the highest temperature/day orthe lowest temperature/day had been analysed. The results showed that the temperaturesensitive stage for the fertility change of Pol cms lines was the flower bud differentiationstage about one month before squaring to squaring stage, the change of fertility had a clos-er relationship with the mean temperature/day and the mean temperature of this period.The average critical temperature for fertility change of Pol cms lines was about 7~9℃/day. but the value of the sterile lines had a little difference.
