摘要
垂直板应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了OryzasativaL.,O,of-ficinalisWalletWatt和O.grandiglumisProd.倒二叶的酯酶同工酶。结果表明,不同材料倒二叶的酶谱差异很大。在47条阳极带中,9A、10A和12A为反映叶片生理活动的特征酶带。O.sativa缺少三条特征酶带中的一条、二或三条,O.offici-nalis和O.grandiglumis具三条特征酶带。表明9A、10A和l2A可作为O.offici-nalis的生化标记,12A可作为O.grandiglumis的生化标记鉴定它们与O.sativa的远缘杂种。
The esterase isoenzymes in the blades of last leaves but one in the species of Oryzasative L., O. officinalis Wall et Watt and O. grandiglumis Prod.were analyzed by thepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique. In the total 47 anodic bands termed 1A , 2A,…,and 47A according to their decreasing mobilities,three characteristic. bands of esteraseisoenzvmes in the leaf blades,9A,10A and 12A,were found with much higher relativestaining strength and much larger band width than aiiy other bands. O. sativa possessedone or two of the three characteristic bands,at least lacking one of them. O. officinalisand O. grandiglumis had all the three bands with all of them strongly-stained except 9Aand 10A in O. grandiglumis which were very weak and vague. The analysis of the be-haviour of the three characteristic bands in the interspecific hybrids showed that 9A, 10Aand 12A could be used as biochemical markers of O. officinalis , and 12A as a biochemicalmarker of O. grandiglumis,to identify the interspecific hybrids between O. sativa (female)and O. officinalis and between O. sativa(female)and O. grandiglumis.
