北农化控Ⅱ号对小麦茎秆生长和产量器官发育的调节效应

EFFECT OF HK Ⅱ ON STEM GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF YIELD COMPONENTS IN WINTER WHEAT

对两个冬小麦品种（“京冬６号”和“农大１４２”）施用北农化控Ⅱ号生长调节剂，初步显示可以有效地降低株高，并使杆壁增厚，增强了小麦的抗倒能力。该调节剂有增强小麦籽粒乳熟中期以后灌浆速度的效应，并调节了麦穗中乙烯、籽粒中ＩＡＡ、Ｚ＋ＺＲ等激素水平。同时处理可使亩穗数、结实小穗、穗粒数和穗粒重增加，产量也有不同程度的提高。收获的种子经生物学方法测定，基本无药效残留的反应。北农化控Ⅱ号，每公顷用量２２５ｇ，使用安全，可以进一步扩大试验示范。

HK-Ⅱ,a new growth regulator, was applied to two winter wheat varieties,'Jing dong-6'and 'Longda 142'.The results primarily showed that it increased the resistance of wheat to lodging by effectively reducing plant height and thickening stem wall. It hastened the filling rate after the mid-milk stage of grain,and manipulated the levels of Ethylene in wheat spikes and IAA and Z+ZR in grains.The total numbber of spikes,fertile spikletes, grain number Per ear,grain weight per ear and yield were improved.Little residue of HK-Ⅱ in the grains was found with bio-method determination.
