摘要
从３２株苏云金杆菌亚种中筛选到一株对青海、四川草地优势种蝗虫具有较强致死作用的菌株Ｂ．ｔ．７，它对草原毛虫，粘虫等主要草地害虫也有一定的致病作用。对３龄草地蝗虫的ＬＤ５０值为６．０３６×１０６活孢子／ｍｌ，草地大面积防治效果达７０％左右。
A strain of B.t.being effective against the major species of grassland locusts in Qinghai and Sichuan Province was isolated from 32 subspecies of B.t.It could also infect other major pests of grassland in a certain extent.The 50% lethal dose to 3rd instar Grassland Locust was 6.036×106spore/ml.The field control effect of B.t.7 reached over 70% of mortality,indicating that it could be used to control grassland locust,
