摘要
从水稻、马唐、蟋蟀草、龙爪稷及陆稻等寄主上分离的稻瘟病菌,采用SKY培养液振荡培养6天获得菌丝体,提取其酶和可溶性蛋白质,经生%~20%聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳分离,结果表明,上述5个寄主分离的稻瘟病菌酯酶同工酶酶带在11%~18%在胶浓度之间,相似系数(SC)为0.667~1.0;可溶性蛋白质谱带在11%~18%浓度之间,相似系数为0.68~0.88,这反映出5种不同寄生上分离的稻瘟病菌菌株间差异不显著。
The Pyricularia strains were isolated from various host plants such as wetland rice, finger-grass,wiregrass,African millet and Yunnan upland rice.After 6-days shaking cultivation in the A.K.Y.liquid medium,the mycelial filaments of Pyricularia were harvested,and then were subjected to extract its enzymes and soluble peoteins.Those enzymic and protein samples were analysed with PAGE.The results showed that:similar coefficients(S.C) of esterase isoenzyme bands of the 5 host plants were 0.67-1.0,the bands occured within 11-18% gel concentration,S.C.of soluble proteins were 0.68-0.88,and bands occured within 7%-18 %.It revealed that the variation of different Pyricularis strains among 5 host plants were not significant.
