摘要
用紫外分光光度计及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对摩拉(Murrah)、尼里(Nili-Ravi)和3品系杂交[Ni♂×(Mu♂×Nannin♀)♀]等3种奶水牛血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)总活力、同工酶谱型及其与产奶量的关系进行了测定和分析。LDH总活力为摩拉(0.0032单位/毫克)=尼里(o.0032单位/毫克)>三品杂(0.0031单位/毫克);各品种内比较,LDH总活力尼里和三品杂为高产奶量组>低产奶量组、摩拉为高产奶量组<低产奶量组。LDH同工酶的基本特点是LDH1>LDH2>LDH3>LDH4>LDH5;同时发现在多数个体中,除表现正常的五条酶带外,还出现一条新的酶带(LDH6)。同工酶活力的相对百分含量,在有些谱带、有些品种表现出高产奶量组>低产奶量组,另一些则相反;在有些谱带表现出杂种优势,另一些则否。
The total activity of serum dehydrogenase(LDH) and its isoenzymes,and the relation of the total activity and LDH isoenzymes with the milk output in buffalo cows of murrah, Nili-Ravi and hybrid[Ni♂×(Mu♂×Nanning ♀) ♀] were studied by the methods of polyaccrylamide disc gel electrophoresis and ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results showed that the total activity of serum LDH were 0.032iu/mg in Murrah and Nili-Ravi and 0.031iu/mg in hybrid animals.In the Nili-Ravi and hybrid the total activity of LDH was higher in the groups with higher milk output than that with lower milk output.However this was reversed in the Murrah.The common situation of isoenzymes was LDH1>LDH2>LDH3>LDH1>LDH5.A new band of enzyme(LDH6)was found in most individuls in the study.The relative percentage of the isoenzymatic activity was higher in the high milk yield groups than that in the low yield groups in some isoenzymes and some breeds,while the opposite was true for other isoenzymes and breeds.Some isoenzymes showed hybrid vigour,and others not.
