摘要
以9个自交系按Griffing双到杂交方法4的要求,配成36个单交组合进行试验.考察了单株粒重等9个主要产量性状。结果表明所测性状的一般配合力(GCA)在亲本间存在显著的差异,自交系5005,混112,材11—8,4003的多数性状的GCA对提高产量是有利的;各自交系间相互杂交的特殊配合力(SCA),在同一性状不同组合间,及同一组合不同性状间也有显著的差异.表现最优的SCA组合是混112×材11—8,其次是综3×32,4003×混112,5005×材11—8,M017×材11—8等4个。以配合力类型作尺度,材11—8,混112,4003,属优良的配合力类型,从“测用结合”的方法考察,3H—2也属此类。
The experiment was carried out with 36 single cross hybrids derived from intermating using 9 inbred lines based on diallel cross method. The general combining ability(GCA)of nine major yield components,such as kernel yield Per plant,plant height,and so on were significantly different. The lines 5005,Hun 112,Cat 11 -8 and 4003 have high GCA for improving yield. And there were significant differences in special combining ability(SCA) among inbreds lines for the same trait in different combinations and different characters in the same combination. The best combination for SCA was Hun112×Cat 11-8, following Zong3×32, 4003×Hun112, 5005×Cai11- 8,Mo17×Cai11-8. Measured by basing on combining ability level,Cai11-8,Hun112 and 4003 have high combining ability. When we consider both of testing and using purpose,the line 3H-2 was good one,too.
