摘要
研究了特效烯提高小麦后期抗低温能力的生理原因。结果表明,外施特效烯通过降低孕穗期植株体内GA含量和提高其ABA含量而增大了ABA/GA,进而增加了到叶的净光合速率,使剑叶和穗中的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增多,膜的稳定性增强,电解质渗漏率降低。
The physiological reason of cold-resistance increase in wheat through applying tetcyclacis was studied.The results showed as follows:tetcylacis applied before booting stage raised ABA/GA ratio of wheat in flag leaf and spike by reducing the content of GA and increasing the content of ABA. Thus it raised the net photosrrthate in nag leaf. The content of proline and soluble sugar in nag leaf and ear of wheat increased. The leakage rate of electrolytes decreased.
