摘要
主要研究了用物质X-射线衍射谱分形特征去探讨物质的原子结构状态,利用X-光子与分布在三维正空间的物质原子(确切他说是原子核周围的电子)相互作用取得倒易空间中物质X-射线谱。确定谱的分形维数与物质相变、维晶状态以及结晶粒子线度的关系。
The matter atom-structure is studied by analysing the fractal characteristlc of the scattering spec-trum of them,In image space the X-ray scattering spectrum of the matter were obtained according tothe munual effect bdween x-photon and Substance atoms(exactly speaking that they are electronsaround the nucleus)in three-dimenslon space. The relation among the matter phase-transition,crys-talline degree,crystal site and spectrum fractal were discussed.
