环烷酸萃取分离La/RE的工业试验

摘要 选用φ120mm玻璃钢离心萃取器作萃取设备,采用环烷酸作萃取剂,设计安装了一套萃取系统,把混合稀土从氯化物溶液中,一步萃取分离成LaY和其它稀土两部分,做了具有工业生产规模的试验,测定了物料衡算、LaY产品纯度和收率,取得了令人满意的结果。 A system of solvent extraction with naphthenic acid is designed and installed in our centre of test for separating rare earth, The glassfibre rpinforced plastic centrifugal contactors with φ120mm rotor are selected as extraction equipment.The naphthenic acid is used as extrac- tant.Mixed rare earth in hydrochloric acid solution is separated into lanthanum,yttrium and other rare earth elements.The test for material equilibrium,purification and rate of recovery of product of La and Y,is carried Out on a industrial scale. The satisfactory results are obtained.
