摘要
高纯稀土分离工业性试验基地建设项目是国家计委批复的国家重点工业性试验项目。目的是针对国内稀土生产中存在的主要技术问题开展研究和工业性试验。本项目建设中采用了针对中钇富铕富镧稀土物料的两步法分离提取荧光级氧化钇和还原萃取提取高纯铕先进工艺,选择高效萃取设备环隙式离心萃取器和振动筛板萃取柱为主体设备,在试验系统中设置了自动控制、在线分析和简单反馈控制系统。本项目已经顺利完成。于1994年5月通过了鉴定验收,采用的新技术获得成功。
The project of industrial scale test base was sanctioned by the state Planning Com- mission of China. Its purpose is to develop new technology and equipment in industrial scale for producing rare earths. For feed material containing middle yttrium and rich lanthanum,the process flowsheet of two extractants for producing fluorescent grade yttrium oxide and the reductive ex- traction flowsheet for getting high purity europium have been developed. The annular centrifugal extractors and reciprocating sieve plate column were selected as main equipments for solvent ex- traction and they were proved efficient.The line-in analysis and simple back control system has been used in the industrial scale test in order to realile automatic control.
