多组份稀土萃取分离工艺的理论设计──等效组份、等效分离因素法

Design Calculation for Multicomponent Rare Earth Separation by Solvent Extraction- Equivalent Composition-Equivalent Separation Factor Method

在徐光宪教授的串级萃取理论基础上，提出了多组份稀土萃取分离工艺理论设计的简易方法──等效组份、等效分离因素法，并经模拟串级萃取操作的计算机仿真实验验证。文章还讨论了理论设计与仿真实验结果存在某些差异的原因，以及严纯华提出的多组份体系工艺设计的有效、等效分离因素法。

Based on Xu Guangxian's theory of countercurrent extraction,a simplified method of design calculations for multicomponent systems, henceforth referred to as equivalent composition-equivalent separation factor method, has been proposed and verified by computer simulation.Reasons leading to occasional discripancies between target parameters and simulation results have been discussed. It seems that substantial simplification could be achieved by this method when compared with the effective and equivalent separation factor method proposed by Yian Chunhua for multicomponent systems.
